Ice Advice

Kyneton Medical Centre knows how difficult drug addiction can be.  Were seen the impact it has on individuals, their family and friends and the community.

We are here to support patients wellbeing and helps people to take steps to get their lives back on track.

The drug ice presents significant challenges to rural communities like the Macedon Ranges.

The Victorian Government is implementing an action plan to stop ice from ruining lives.  This includes services in rural and regional communities where they are needed most.

If you or someone within your family is affected by the drug ice you can now get support online or by phone.

The 1800 ICE ADVICE help line is useful if you are concerned about your own use, of if your family is struggling to cope.  Call 1800 423 238 or go to  ice.vic.gov.au for more resources.

If you need a local medical professional to discuss drug issues, remember that Kyneton Medical Centre has experienced GPs available.
