Kyneton Medical Centre is accredited by the Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL). So you don’t just have to take our word for it. Our way of doing things is regularly checked and independently recognised.

Your feedback and ideas help us to help you. Feel free to let us know about your experience. There’s a suggestion box at reception.

We prefer to sort out any problems in a timely manner. So if you’ve got concerns, we hope you feel welcome to raise them with your doctor or the Practice Manager.

If your concern or complaint remains unresolved there is a government department available to contact as a next step. You can phone the Health Services Commissioner on 1800 136 066. The office is located at 55 Swanston Street, Melbourne.

Occasionally we might ask you to fill out a confidential patient survey. It’s optional, but we always like to hear from our patients about what we have done well or how we can improve.
